Habit Burger is a restaurant which excels in its service and presentation in grilled burgers. It is a widely spread chain of restaurant which is a hit in the states of the United States.

Having being established in 1969 in California, as a legacy of the family business, where two brothers, began making burgers with freshly baked slices of bread and beef. Gradually, they gained the reputation of having and selling the best and tastiest burgers in and around the are.

With its headquarters in Irvin, California, Unites States, today they have branches and outlets which are more than 100 in number, plus as of now, they have approx 10 food trucks.

With the exquisite taste and the most authentic making, they host a reputation which is revered in the food market.

    I hope that it isn’t company policy for habit employees to mock the customer. I was in your store in Los Banos, California and after I placed my order and sat down at a table one of the employees started to loudly mock me and my order. I am very offended.

    Hi, I went through the drive-through at. the Habit Burger and I order a burger and also the spicy green beans and I noticed it after I pulled up I would like 20 minutes away and when I story eating my burger, it was bloody in inside and also the spicy green beans was not done. It was frozen on the inside. something needs to be done about this. It made me sick dumped through my stomach. thank you.

    I visited your Rocklin location and attempted to redeem my free Char burger offer via your App. After multiple attempts it never worked. Upon being next in line, the manager offered no assistance all but ignoring my request for help. I then attempted to order and asked her to honor the failure of putting avocado on my burger from a previous visit which I had paid for and She ignored me allowing 17 high school basketball players to go in front of me ignoring my request to order. I was so blown away at what had just happened so I left. Habit has-been my favorite burger establishment for many years however after several mishaps with quality and customer service I will look elsewhere to dine.

    I went to a job interview 05/17/2022 in the Atwater , Ca store and was hired but when I went in to take my paperwork for the hiring process and two managers told me they new nothing about my hire, told me the were going to conduct another interview at that time. I agreed but the manager that was conducting the interview was rude, rolling her eyes at me and grinning and made me feel very uncomfortable. When she went to call Angela the assistant manage that hired me she came back and told me she was on vacation and she couldn’t reach her and didn’t know when she would be back then she changed her story and said she wouldn’t be back for 2 weeks and I would have to wait until she came back but she didn’t know when that was. I have never been treated so badly by any manager in my life.

      OMIGOD NO BCZ I WAS HIRED 3 WEEKS AGO AND STILL HEARD NOTHING EVEN AFTER CALLING THE STORE FOR ASSISTANCE AND SUCH. PROMISED TO CALL BUT DIDNT, TOLD ME I WAS A MANAGER JUST TO HIRE ME AS AN EMPLOYEE AND LIED TO ME. IM CONTACTING SO MANY PPL TODAY AND MAKING SURE JOBS ARE LOSED. IF I CANT WORK, NEITHER CAN THEM, PERIOD. Habit Burger ossa joke, In n Out is way better anyways (which is why they make more profits)

    Just went to Habit burger on Newhall ranch road in Santa Clarita, Ca. The smoke from the grill area was terrible, like the hood vents needed to be serviced or something. Quality of food and experience has taken a serious downturn.

    I ate at the Habit on Calliway Dr in Bakersfield last month and tonight and was disappointed. The quality has gone down. The grilled chicken was raw on the top of the breast and both times the hamburger buns taste burned. I used to get hungry for a habit burger but bot anymore

    To Whom it may Concern, On Wednesday December 8th around 3:00 we went for an early dinner at your Habit location in La Quinta, Ca. We waited almost 30 minutes for food that still didn’t come out. We found out after asking where our order was that employees had quit. We asked for our money back took our business elsewhere. So sad to see this establishment not care about the customer. Use to be a favorite spot for ourselves and friends. Hopefully, someone reads this and cares. So disappointing!

    The sparks location has TERRIBLE service and I’ve tried to be contacted about this and they will not contact me to clear up the matter im honestly baffled at the way the habit handles problems with the employees.

    Drive thru every time I go here I order they repeat all menu back to me I get my food omg #6 meat / cheese and bun no Avocado well it was in it as I got home I call order by phone let them no long drive back to Resturante Wrong order they mix up my order several times or to push off people this place BBB will see my notes you this restaurant Bad Review and restaurant public inspection in Tucson Az I payed order $11 and.change thru asked donations $12.00 even yes I did wtf !! Wrong order

    NJ Bridgewater location. An Order placed for curbside pick up. Customer waited 15 minutes in vehicle. Finally went inside and was told how would we know you are out there. Did you flash your lights. What?? No but parked in space where it’s for curbside pick up. Aren’t you supposed to watch? Well your order is here. Customer picks up food bag and leaves. Manager says not my fault or problem. Then said she left her drinks here. No one goes after the customer to bring the drinks. 4 employees in store.
    Or when customer came in and got her food bag the manager didn’t say don’t forget your drinks. Another customer runs out to tell the Customer she left her drinks who is thankful and comes in to get the drinks who asked to talk to the manager who happened to be the one who caused the situation. Really sad situation. Will never go back. Customer service beyond poor and wouldn’t trust what they would do to your food.

    We eat at Habit often. You should offer senior and veteran discounts. We love the Habit burger and we are retired on a limited income You are among the very few that do not offer senior discounts.
