  • Bonnie says:

I hate a company that employee are liars and that is what you deal with and I will be giving you all the free advertising website twitter Facebook I will let everyone know how you lie to your customer and collect information by advertising a customer service number that collects data about you nothing to do with your merchandise but listed customer service Sony number

    • Major USMC (Ret) says:

I totally agree with you, Bonnie.I Attempted to return pair of jeans that were ordered by my son and found after a year and a trunk in his apartment.still sealed in its plastic bag. He could never wear this pair jeans since his body is now with buried his fellow Marines in Arlington National cemetery. I was told by their barely English speaking return agent that since it was beyond the 90 day return That nothing could be done. I am donating them to charity and will never in my entire life span even one dollar with this terrible store. They are completely unethical I make no exception who are the parents of a Marine Corps sergeant who gave his life perhaps even to protect the life of this 3rd Worlds moron with whom I was contacted
