It had brands that worked only dedicated to kids in 1986. Gradually it flourished and prospered, and its number of outlets kept increasing far and wide with excellent service and products.
It had 4 brands under it, Gymboree, Crazy 8, Janie and Jack, and Gymboree Outlet. It also had a dance and play centres for the kids. However, in January 2019, after having faced three bankruptcy charges, it finally had to sell all and shut down all its outlets. The last, Janie and Jack were sold to Gap Inc. Ones the hit stores, housed its headquarters in California, United States.
