I was currently a donor and was badly injured by the nurse when she tried to get my vein she hit maybe a nerve and I been in so much pain. I didn’t think anything at first thinking it will pass. The following day my arm is very swollen with hematoma and badly bruised. I decided to notify the center about the incident that accrue that day and how another nurse came and helped because I couldn’t feel my arm. She quickly took the needle out and iced my arm. I was told to come in so they can look at my arm. I went into the hub I logged in and I can’t donate anymore I was band for complaining about my health concerns. Why would they do that. The hub shows I can’t donate again June 28, 2287

You set an appointment to donate on the day you schedule the appointment but why does take 3 hours later to donate the new supposedly new way they have you stand in a line to check in then you waiting 3 hours later to be called to get in the chair this doesn’t make no sense I don’t get it

I go to the donor center in Pittsburgh the staff are polite but they are very rude when it comes to being in charge the young girl Emily was very rude and unsure how to handle donors situation spoke to me very uncivilized to be incharge poor decision and says she has a license she is very argumentive and her so call assistant they were trying to gang up on me in a hostile way behavior is unacceptable other than that staff are polite and center is clean
My name is William Lewis I’ve been wanting your employees for over 2 years even made employee of the Year The complaint I’m having is because four times I had to go to the emergency room because when I come to donate the blood pressure machine y’all change to always make my blood pressure be higher than what it is and they take my blood pressure in a high chair which is not the correct way to take blood pressure I complain to the manager about it she’s already know The plasma center I go to is in terre haute Indiana on locust Street yeah I used to have the old blood pressure machine what the doctor use in the office that worked great but when y’all switched over to them portable blood pressure machines the cuff doesn’t even fit my arm and it’s constantly running up my blood pressure high and I know plasma helps out patients who need blood transfusion that’s what I’ve been donating for a while That’s the reason why I’m complaining right now cuz I’m one of y’all loyal customers and I guess I need something to be done about it thank you and y’all have a blessed day ps is my phone number 217-208-8290
My family member goes to Grifols in Michigan Farmington Hills location and there is a white manager there that is racist and called a black female a NIGGER in front of police officers and she still works there shame on you to reinstate her status to continue to work there. (WE) will continue to pursue this incident we already requested the officers body camera and we gonna post it everywhere also we will be filing more complaints definitely will be getting in contact with governor office she will not get away with this here #WOW!!
I go to grifols in ws by the wymca two employees stated I would get a buddy bonus for my friend and then when time come to pat they said he didn’t start on the right day smfh. I spoke with the supposed boss who literally rolled his eyes at me when I asked for corporate number. I have been coming here for a long time and never had trouble with getting my buddy bonus until this whoever the hell he is Dennis Blackson or whatever. I believe I should have been given at least half of the bonus just because two employees gave me incorrect information and nobody explained anything to me. I will be looking for another place to donate heard Greensboro was good
They keep telling me I have high blood pressure and I don’t. I go to my doctor they. Check it blood pressure is normal. I check my blood pressure on a regular basis my blood pressure is normal u guys are using these new blood pressure machine and they are trying to say people have high blood pressure this did not start until June when you guys switch machine. Y’all need to go back to old the machine or make your medical stuff work and check them manually

I am wondering why no matter what day what hour you go there it is always ONLY 1 person working the booth!!!! It can be 5 donors or 50 I wonder do they not have employees or want people not to come since it takes 3 hours for you pressure to be taken .
I donate plasma at the center in Midwest city Oklahoma it’s a woman by the name of Mary she is very rude and treated me horribly and also put a note in the computer as if I started it something needs to be done about the treatment of the donors
Greenville nc donation center never answers the phone, when they do they hang up on you. This forces already cash strapped community to waste gas to go down to find out all information for blood tests, eligibility, ect. Not a good business practice.
I live in North Carolina and the plasma donation Center have what the doctor said a plasma accident i been trying to contact the company and no answer my arm is very severe pain and purple I can’t go to work is painful and unable to sleep and have a normal life,I don’t know why the facility don’t want to get me help for this issue.
I’m a regular donor or two plasma center biomat in Toledo Ohio I have never had a high blood pressure my doctor stated I do not have high blood pressure I have a doctor slip from my doctor saying I do not have high blood pressure your guys’s machines there keep saying I have high blood pressure and I don’t they will not accept the doctor slip because they say they have to go by with their machine says well Dr slip out rides everything so I’ve been to donate donating here for 14 years with no problems really if this really needs to happen and it cannot be solved without a lawsuit or court hearing we can do that with no problem cuz I have documentation that I do not have blood pressure and I’m not on any blood pressure medication of any kind from a physician hope to hear back on the situation before I contact the lawyer thank you

This is the 3rd time I have been to the plasma center in Monroe Louisiana and they have locked the doors early I was standing there at the door at 2:58 they close at 3:00 I know I was right there but I was still on time and then they shorted me my money last week I want something done because she just sit there and shook her head she wasn’t letting me in that’s ridiculous and their professionality in there is horrid I this is not the first time I’ve called and complained about this I wish something would please be done cuz now I’m out $80 because they don’t want to sit there and take somebody else in I am done in 20 minutes donating 26 minutes donating so it’s not like I’m not going to get done before everybody else is it’s ridiculous then they wouldn’t let my husband donate either the other day his pulse is blood pressure was too high so we went to the other one guess what he got to donate so you tell me what’s going on in there picking shoes pick and choose
I live in Arlington, TX..I think it’s a absolute shame and travisty the way you’ve taken advantage of your customers. The wait times have increased to complete your donation, and the has steadily decreased. Why would anyone want to refer people to this company. It’s obvious the main concern of this company is Profit. You make as much as you can and give the donors and consistent decrease in their payments. These people are poor and need this money, why else would the sit for 6 tor 8 hrs and receive a $11.its a shame.

Worst service, I have been expecting a call from someone in management since 9/13/2022, have been told different things everytime I call.
