I have been waiting 4 months for 2 cabinets, due to being damaged upon delivery. I keep getting the run around by the cabinet salesman at our store location. He hasn’t responded to me since December 27th. It’s been very exhausting dealing with the lack of communication with all the excuses. We love our counter tops and the rest of the cabs, but waiting for a complete kitchen has been a nightmare. Please have someone contact me regarding this matter.
I had trouble with stone plus in jasper we had Windsor Canada on 853 division rd Windsor on Tariq Canada they where out 2x and would not take it back make all kinds of sujestion to no avail it would not lock I wanted to take it back he was calling the reprsentive about the floor and never got back to us we took it all up and installed a lovely floor from home depot and if it didn’t work they would of took it back I will not recommend to anybody about your company my name is Pamela and eric mckenzie at 1947 Wilson sdrd .
