About Grandy's, History and Headquarters Information
A good appetite is appreciated and loved by all. Everyone who has the love for food, enjoy the brilliant presentation as well as delicious aroma and taste of food. Grandys is a restaurant in the US which has managed to club the amazing taste of fast along with the aristocracy of a class restaurant. Two friends, Walter E. Johnson and Rex E. Sanders established in 1972.
Within the 1980s, it was at its peak with approx 200 outlets.
In late 2011, it was taken over by Captain D's and the amount of taking over was never disclosed. Although gradually with some of the health inspections conducted, some outlets were forced to shut down. This is a downfall. Despite that, it still stands strong with 23 outlets today in almost three states of the United States. Majorly all the outlets are in and around the Texas area.

The new management at the Grandy’s in Las Cruces,NM is outstanding and a nice change from previous manager. Food and service were excellent. I will definitely be returning soon. Nice hire guys!
The information on this page is not accurate at all. This lists a Grandy’s restaurant in Evansville, IN as the corporate headquarters??? The Grandy’s Corporate Office is in Nashville, TN. Whoever runs this website needs to enter the correct information.
I don’t understand why I can’t contact corporate office to make a complaint about a store…… The Grandy’s location store number 5302 would not fix my order after they messed it up
I had the worst experience ever at diamond and 1st avenue store. It should probably close it’s door’s with the food they serve absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen!!!!
On Sat Oct 23rd 2021 I went inside Grandy’s in sherman tx
guy standing at the register never said a word to me. I ordered 2 dinners fish and shrimp the fish was cut in half like tenders but very small i mention to the guy he did not offer me extra just said you get a small piece and large piece.It was a half of a half of fish I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. Wasn’t nice at all. Haven’t eaten in there 30 years, disappointed
At 2:40 pm today, January 2, 2020, I pulled in the drive thru at Grandy’s, Henderson, Ky, 42420, sat there 5 minutes and no one answered me, I pulled up to window sat 5 minutes, a man walked by from the dining room, saw me and went to back after another 5 minutes no one ever came, I had to leave because I had to get to work and couldn’t be late. I am very aggravated and felt like I should let corporate headquarters know because this is not a good thing. I was going to pick up my dinner because I didn’t bring anything with me and I work an 8 hour shift by myself.

Customer service sucks at Grandy’s . I purchase breakfast there all the time this morning the lady was on her phone and she touch my food . That was very unprofessional . When I pushed up to the drive thur windown the guy was very ruled while he was taking my order. When I got to work to eat my sandwich it had a smell in it the bread was old and my sandwich was very nasty . I will not eat at the Grandy’s ever again. Very rude people and customer service is bad and the food was terrible this morning. 4/23/2020
