I am so tired of coming to Grand in Charlottesville Virginia and not ONE of the staff members acknowledge me being there. They ALL looked at me and.not one said hello or can I assist you with anything. It was when I said loud enough that I will be calling cooperate while leaving that I was asked. I certainly did let him know that he should have asked that when he kept staring at me. This is the SECOND time coming here with the EXACT same problem. I AM SO TIRED OF THIS PLACE ACTING AS THOUGH PEOPLE OF COLOR HAVE NO REASON TO COME THERE. MY MONEY SPENDS ANYWHERE. This location employees are a bunch of RACIST IGNORANT IDIOTS! THIS company needs to address the way they treat customers. I AM VERY ANGRY!!!!!
Grand furniture been one of furniture for past 10years. But i will not shop thrre again do to purchasing a $3000.00bef, light broke, been trying to get it replaced since i purchased the bed almost a year. Cmon to loose a valuable customer over a light. Senseless
