  • Bas Berkouwer says:

Absolutely horrible customer service at your Rigby ID store. If you don’t purchase an I phone one is not important to them. Purchased a new Kyocera phone, did come with the 30 day guarantee that if not liked it could be exchanged for another phone “no questions asked” that statement is bogus. I was told I had to pay the full price for this model and pay full price for the next model before I would receive that phone. It is printed on the bottom of your contract, but still manager did not honor that. To make long story short my account which I use for my business phone was disconnected. My customers were not able to reach me, cost lots of money. Had to have Verizon corporate get involved to have service restored…what a total nightmare. Local manager is more involved with her personal agenda than looking out for customers that have been longer with Verizon than she is old.
