I have had a claim I sent to GoodRx 2 months ago and was given a claim number. When I call the help line the answer is the same, HQ is working on it, but two after (2) months still no answer.
When I joined GoodRX I did so trusting that you cared about helping people save money.
However I am not sure this is the case, at least not as far as customer service is concerned.
As you must know, most of the people who join are seniors and do not have easy excess to a printer, did you take this into consideration when you stopped mailing a member card ?
I do have a printer, and I was able to print a “MEMBER CARD” but paper is not a nice way.
If there is a extra fee for a card, I would consider that, but what a way to do business !
I know you are a new company, and I understand your costs are high, but not sending your paid members
a card is not nice and I think rude on your part.
I hope someone reads this and passes it on to the head office / CEO.
