  • Jeffrey says:

Remote for Yukon is the WORST ever. Why was I not told that the recording my shows was an option that I HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR? For your great customer service my bill was reduced from $109.99 to $14.99 because I went from PLUS to AK CORE. Thank you very much, (I think). I did opt to pay the additional $10.00 per month to have the option to record the shows I prefer to watch. Technical support tells me to record I need to reboot the system, they never told me it was a pay service.
