Bought a gift card at your Sioux Falls, SD location on October 7, 2022 and store abruptly closed their door two weeks later. Highly unethical business practice. I would like to be reimbursed for the gift card.

  • Mr. Ray says:

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you had at our location at Sunset Plaza. I assure you we are doing the best we can to hire and train the new staff that we have to continue to serve the World Greatest Hamburger. I can also assure you the lights are on from 9:00am till 9:00pm Wednesday-Sunday! If you would like to give us another chance to improve our service, I can guarantee your next visit will be nothing short of exceptional. We have been working towards opening half of the dining room it’s just been hard with 1 cook with 0 experience as you could understand, (I’m sure you wouldn’t want an undercooked or overcooked burger).
We appreciate your feedback and giving us a chance to be the best we can be witch is what we strive for!
If you have any other comments or feedback we would love to hear from you! our phone number is (314)966-3833
    Thank again,
    Rich Barker
    General Manager

Our comment-their response & fyi lights were off we took a pic

Great food but have an issue with your location at 10752 sunset chase Dr. STL, MO Their closed for two days a week & on limited hours but the manager says: carry out only I only have five staff. Ok everyone is short handed but at $50 an order to eat in the car while they sit in the lobby playing on their phones and smoking outside this guy is costing you money. Lights are all off so customer perception is your closed. I’m sorry I’d be looking into how he’s running your operations.

  • Becky Snelgrove says:

Hi, My Name is Becky Snelgrove. We ate at the Fuddrucker’s in Spartanburg SC. And I am disappointed and very upset that we had to pay $5.00 combo fee to order a burger and fries! Not to mention that I thought you had set prices for 1/3 Bacon Dbl Cheddar Burger and then it was an upcharge of 2.71 for ordering the bacon dbl cheddar burger! And the sweet potato fries were an extra 2.50. This is ridiculous. The total for the order was 17.99. What happened to just ordering a specialty burger, adding fries or onion rings and a drink, or just have combo prices like you do at lunch time. This is MY last time eating at Fuddruckers

  • C.B. says:

Yes we ordered from the Fudruckers in Sterling Heights Mi. I have eaten there for years always good food. Got home and the food was so terrible. But here is the worst part I called to speak to the manager and he was the most rudest person I have ever spoken to. Seemed like he had a chip on his shoulder. I told him that’s no way to speak to or treat a customer and told him he was very rude. He told me well if you want rude I will give you rude. Yelling at me on the phone I literally had to hang up. I’m trying to call head quarters on him but not getting through. Now I see why they are all closing. I am so upset.

  • Will Mattern says:

Hi my name is Will Mattern I am hoping to voice my disappointment with our local Fuddruckers at 8510 Creekside Forest in The Woodlands ,Tx . My wife and I are retired and take care of our Grandchildren for our daughter and son- in – law . Whenever something comes up my sister- in-laws Velia Samaniego who is 87 and her sister who is 82 comes over to help us out for a few hours . My wife and I many times have gone to this Woodlands location and picked up meals for our grandchildren and never have had an issue . My grandchildren wanted Fuddruckers so my older sister in law drove to pick them up kids meals while they stayed with her 82 year old sister . As soon as she ordered she was told no ma’am you can’t order kids meals to go unless the children are here with you . She explained that she was taking it home to them to no avail. I can’t help but believe that if I had been there as I had many times in the past I would have received their kids meals like always without question . My sister in law ordered the kids Adult meals but was humiliated that they had questioned her integrity .and honesty . I can’t help but believe that her being Hispanic also didn’t play into the situation . I would appreciate greatly if you would look into this location’s inequality of treatment to its customers . Thank you

  • Albert Anderson sr. says:

Hello to whomever receives this. My name is Albert. I grew up in Henrico county, about 2 miles from the Fuddruckers location on the corner of w broad St , and Parham Rd.I have something that was given to me by my best friend. I have a sign that looks like it was pulled off of the wall, somewhere in the original Fuddruckers in Richmond. I’m wondering if it would be of any value to you. The company.

  • Brandon says:

Me and my family visited your restaurant for the first time in Bossier city , La . To be honest we will never go back. We wait for 40 minutes to get our food due the the staff loudy cussing and behind the counter taking pictures and making tik toks while they were supposed to be serving customers. I can say our kids heard cuss words today that they don’t hear at home. I videoed the staff for a minute. I believe something should be done about this. Cause employees like this will run business into the ground

  • Abbie Johnson says:

Fudruckers needs to open a small store in the Covington Louisiana area, so people in this area can enjoy their delicious food without having to drive as far as New Orleans and fight that God awful traffic.
Many of us in the Covington area would greatly appreciate your consideration in this matter. Thank you
