Horrible Experience .. After signing up for trial and canceled. They charges me over $600 while I was hospitalized with COVID claiming I used the service.

Try their free trial for 7 Days canceled it within the time frame and they still charged me $79.55. Trying to recover my money but this company refuses to answer any of my emails or phone calls. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Very disappointing with your company. We did the free trial, thinking of ordering it. But during the game it went in and out. Was not very happy. We were going to order it until the game we watched went in and out. Why should we keep subscription if it doesn’t work?
