For the past two days, I have been trying to pay my cell phone bill. I had originally set it up for auto pay, however, recently received my new credit card (same number, revised expiry date). Your systems are not accepting my payment…..have now tried about 14 times to re-enter information. Spoke with three different Mexican fellows…….the first two did not tell me, but the third one did, that the on-line system for setting up credit card payments was out of service at this time! I keep on trying, hoping it will be fixed, however, big waste of my time! I tried another credit card which was also invalid, according to your system. I have checked with my bank. My credit card is good. Cannot input the new credit card info and cannot pay the bill online.
It appears that you have cut my cell service off now. I have tried calling your head office (1-800 number) to speak to someone in charge there……and even that line is out of service! I have now set up payment through my bank, however that is not effective until tomorrow. What kind of “customer service” IS THIS????? My payment of $32.48 should go through my bank tomorrow, for cell 250-210-4502, account # DBC40018447124. I hope that my account will be reinstated and ask that someone call me at my home number to advise me when your on-line system is working again.
I used to be a customer service rep with another telephone company. We NEVER cut someone’s service off if payment was one day overdue, and certainly NOT when there was something wrong at our end!!! I am not impressed with this situation at all, and have wasted hours now, trying to get things sorted out. I hope that someone there will take a moment to call me at 250-245-4502 (home phone number as cell is dead!!!) when your systems are operating properly again so that I can input my credit card information and resume my cell service!
