  • Tara Turner says:

Hello, I like shopping at your store. Unfortunately, I have been charged incorrectly to advertised price. This has happened 3 times in the last 3 months. And you get it my scenario. Here is the latest example. Pistachios sign on display states $5.99 each (I bought four), I am charged $7.49 per bag. So, I drive back to the store to get my $6.00 refund. Other trip to your store, charged $2.00 over for wine. Why? Why do I shop at your store when I have to drive back to get my refund? Shopping experience should be seamless, customers should not have to monitor cost. I get it if it was a one, two-time mistake, but now we are at 3 times.
