About Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, History and Headquarters Information
Founded back in 1998, the Flemings Prime is the expert of serving quality food and drinks. The first ever Steakhouse was opened in Newport Beach, California. Since then they have focused on humble and generous hospitality, a warm and welcoming atmosphere and the finest aged USDA Prime beef.
They are a quality service provider and are dedicated to serving the guest. They have always been open to any suggestion and complain. Their menus are mouthwatering, and the kind of service and experience one has been in Fleming’s is superb. They are the masters of private dining. Visit their website for details on everything and even book a table for yourself. dined in your METAIRIE, LA establishment on 10/27/23…..horrible experience, food was horrible, no seasoning, asparagus was partially cooked, after my party ordered and received part of entrée (meat only) was told “ran out of mashed potatoes”, bread was supposedly “burnt”, so we had to wait for a second batch, sides came out well after receiving meat, birthday celebrant’s cake was delivered to the wrong table (uncovered), not one refill was given on drinks….please forward to management or corporate…Thanks
Dissatisfied customers!
We have always regarded Fleming’s steakhouse as one of finest restaurants around. We don’t really go there very often, because it’s always a $200+ night. But we wanted to go for the special “Tomahawk Tuesday” tonight. We (my girlfriend and I) like our steaks done medium rare, and this Tomahawk looked like it was cooked as such. But at least half of the meat was tough, and harder to cut into bite-sized pieces than the rest. The potatoes were dry, but the extra soup we each ordered (lobster bisque), bread, Brussel sprouts, and dessert was good. Not too long later my girlfriend got sick with instant diarrhea (while we were in a store, no less). She soiled her clothes, and we had to rush home. We had leftovers in the provided containers (one for the food we wanted for later, and others for the dogs). After I dropped off my girlfriend to clean herself up, I was going to put the leftovers in the fridge. But I noticed at least 4 flys inside the container of the food WE wanted, and at least 1 fly inside the container for the dogs. The flys most-likely entered the containers through the open vents on the tops of the containers. Why would you utilize containers with open vents?? Normally, when we get a container from a restaurant for leftovers, the container is somewhat sealed. So, the food WE wanted was now not edible, and ONLY fit for the dogs. We spent well over $200 for this meal, and, in the end, was definitely NOT WORTH IT. I’m now asking for AT LEAST a $100 credit towards the next meal. Hopefully, when we go, the food will be cooked right, and be tender and tasty. Please help us to remain your customers in the future, and oblige my request. This dinner was at the Rancho Cucamonga, CA. location at around 4 PM, July 25, 2023. My name is Carl Henriksen, and if you keep reservation records, it will show my name on the reservation.
