  • Albert Allen Kennedy Jr. COB The Aarkada Company says:

As a third party Customer I am not even supposed to know about Fiserv, My bank CapitalOne had a Customer Service Manager tell me personally he could not pursue my issue (which in short was to pay an account i wanted paid). So, I checked with Fiserv and Gladys in their Sales office took time to confirm for me, the reasons the bank had to file the search request, which I of course already surmised. Fiserv was extremely helpful in my instance.

  • Donald says:

CEO forcing qualified staff who worked from home back to offices and in some cases, for them to stay must move across the country to be with their teams. Losing many qualified people, doubly or tripling work on others.
