    I bought a gaming console for my son’s Christmas gift and paid $600 dollars for it on 12)24/2021 and discovered that it was missing parts mother brain. All I am asking for for it’s my money back. They tested it out before taking it home and gave me thier word that it was new and that we didn’t going to have any problems with it. The sales person advised me that moment that they didn’t had any wifi on the store and couldn’t show us the item working but gave us his word. the other lady advised that is it was not working and if I return it back that they were going to take 30% of the sales and didn’t offer me any insurance when I had it placed on layaway and continue paying for for three months. I love your store but I am not going to lose my money
