I purchased a recliner from FFO about 7 months ago, it is a fabric chair that has stitching.The stitching is coming out (hard to describe) and the top pillow is smashed down on one side.
The reason for this comment is that I don’t believe that this problem is being handled correctly.
I’ve been told that the chair can be repaired. To me this seems to be bad cx service
I live in Seymour, Indiana. In June’19 my husband bought me a power drive recliner sofa. Within 2 mo the switch went out. It’s been 5 mo. and still not fixed! One excuse after another!! I wanted to trade it back for a manuel one and they wouldn’t hear of it!!! So am still waiting for this to be fixed!! Joyce Larson 812-523-1634
