I was at the Sheboygan store. The policy of having to put all 7 cases of exact same soda on belt is ridiculous. I have a bad back and the packer was disabled so why tax both of us? Front end lead Jennifer said its policy and no room for exceptions. But said if I didn’t want to do it I could use self checkout which I would have done if the area was big enough for rest of my groceries(competitor in town has self checkouts with a belt). Shouldn’t someone who’s supposed to be management material have the brains/common sense to make the reasonable exception a customer requests. Obviously people skills and independent decision making is not part of the manager qualifications.

It would be nice if your stores would add match local grocery stores so we could just stick with one grocery store. Think about it.

Why do I see more and more Tillamook dairy products in my Festival store? They are from Oregon!!! This is the dairy state and we should support our farmers, please explain. I first noticed when there was all the supply chain talk and it was ice cream, now I am seeing cheese. I tried the ice cream and did not like and once I learned it was not Wisconsin based that was no longer a choice. Now there is cheese. What?????

Why is there only one page (front and back) of the weekly sales advertisement that comes in the mail? It seems like we are missing the whole weekly advertisement. I do look at the weekly sales ad online, however the one that comes in the mail is only 1 page. Why???

FF GB West Mason bakery dept., and deli dept. managers drastically need training in how to properly oversee the packaging of products. Adhesive barcode labels that stick out and then adhere to the plastic bag, more than once I wore the pie slices when putting away my food. When I brought the mess back, I was told at the “courtesy counter”, (which should have people trained how to correctly generate lotto tickets), told the bar code on the thin end of the triangle is so it can be scanned. WHAT? First, the bar code should be on the WIDE end of the package, not the pointed end, DUH! Second, take the extra SECOND to adhere the label to the package. Deli sticks labels over the packages causing them to often tear when opening. And I was told I could go back and ask them to REPACKAGE the items. Then pay me to do what your people are supposed to do…DO IT CORRECTLY! Been happening for 6 months, and I’ve spoken to them 3 times when its happened. Tired of the stupidity and losses of food due to management incompetence. Going to try the competition now, you loose the money you apparently don’t care about!

Spent over $250.00 yesterday at your Portage store. Imagine getting home and finding bagged lettuce under 6 baking potatoes. Your baggers need to be taught the proper way to bag.

I shopped your Greenfield store on south 27th Street in Milwaukee for the first time. Your store is excellent, clean and neat, with wonderful and helpful employees. However, I will not be shopping at your store since the pandemic protocol is not required.
