I was most recently in your Greece Store in Rochester, NY and couldn’t believe how disappointed I was in the appearance of the store. What was most concerning is when I asked the sales clerk where the plus sizes were and she stated we no longer carry the larger sizes. In a community of fuller figures, it’s very disenchanting.

I’ve shopped at Macys for years and have been in many of your stores. East view is still nice, but your Buffalo store is the best of all.

My reason for informing you of this is to inform you when carpets are stained and worn, it leads one to believe your management team doesn’t care or the company doesn’t care. If they don’t care customers won’t care and you’ll have another store to close.

The area in Greece is an older community and this really is the only place for them to shop.

I thank you for your time for reading this.
