Today, I had a runner pre tip themselves an amount without my consent. I asked the Favor help representative to remove it but they stated they could not remove my pre tip? Also, the runner Favor hired and is pictured was not the person who came to my house to drop my food? I will not use Favor anymore!
I’ve been running with cfavors 4 about 2 years now. Im not sure who will bother to look at this..this company is going down.theres no number to contact anyone .the runners are not being treat fair in pay wise nor in anything eles . I t hink if i representsed this company i think i would like to know how its doing.. its very sad that theres no regards at all for the people making yal the future. Someone really should go take time to read all the reviews about how the runners are done. It’s very sad. You won’t stay in business like this. Have a great dat. Other phones are disconnected and I don’t. I don’t understand that for the life of me, but cause they don’t wanna hear anybody, you know, if they don’t like what you say, then they will go send you email stating. Oh, you’re account is under review and make up something. You know that you supposedly had done or not? Done and try to deactivate you. They took money for me. I’ve had it on the app saying it pays this much. And been only get this much, it’s wrong. I’ve ran for this coming for about 2 years now. And it’s going down, it has went to s*** I mean, the promo sucked, the pay sucks. They cap off the HEB orders telling $8. I swear they do because every order cannot be $8. Customers do tip. I think they keep the rest of the tips. It’s ridiculous, I’m sorry you’re having to go to that. But, yeah, I don’t understand that this like I said. Have you ever went red to reviews? On runners or anything like that, you should go take a look. It’s very terrible, it’s sad and it’s disgusting. And if I had a company, i’d be want to know what people thought about me and my employees. But they don’t care even though look. They’re so mad reviews from runners. It’s ridiculous anyway, try to have a good day.

THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP DEAL WITH THIS AND FAVOR APPEARS TO BE A PERFECT VENUE FOR UNAUTHOIZED USE OF STOLEN CREDIT. You may not use the Favor App to abuse promotions or refunds, dispute charges for fraudulent or illegitimate reasons, provide information that is fraudulent or inaccurate, or otherwise unjustly enrich yourself.
Can committing fraud affect access to the Favor App?
Yes. If we have reason to believe a Customer has engaged in fraudulent activity of any kind, we may contact the Customer to investigate the situation and may suspend the Customer’s access to the Favor app pending that investigation. If we determine the Customer engaged in fraudulent activity, we may terminate the Customer’s access as a Runner and Customer temporarily or permanently. In all such cases, the Customer may be notified of the situation and given an opportunity to respond and appeal. Finally, we reserve the right to pursue any Customer who uses the Favor App to commit fraud for repayment, recoupment, and associated attorneys’ fees and expenses.
