    I purchased a few items online and was charged a different amount than what the coupon code quoted me. Complete scam and they refuse to credit me or refund the money. Also I tried to cancel completely after but they won’t allow you too they want you to wait until you get the items to have to pay to send back. Such a scam

    I am not sure who thought not having an actual person to talk to was a good idea. Yet, instead you have a help center who doesn’t help. Fashion Nova charged me twice and sent out the exact same thing. My order did not go through the first time so I ordered again and yet the charged twice. When the clothes arrived they were to big so I had to send back and now I have to wait for them to receive the return in order for me to get credit since I can’t get cash back. I am going on vacay and needed my items but don’t want to order again and pay again just to still get a credit. This is ridiculous that you can’t speak to anyone.

    My package from Fashion Nova was never delivered. Tuesday was the initial delivery day but on Saturday I received a message that my package was out for delivery. At 2:51 on Saturday I received a text that my package was delivered at 2:49. I walked outside at 2:51 and didn’t see a package. I have a Ring Doorbell with a camera that records every vehicle that turns onto my street. We’re the second house from the corner. The camera footage shows activity for every vehicle that turns in but there was no delivery truck or vehicle that turned into my street, in front of my house, or in my driveway. Also, no delivery person walked to my door on Saturday afternoon.

    At this point I checked the tracking info with Lasership/Ontrac and it showed a scheduled delivery date for Tuesday. I thought the text about the delivery was a fluke and my package would arrive on Tuesday. On Sunday I checked the tracking again and it showed “delivered on Saturday”. Knowing I hadn’t received it, I sent Fashion Nova an email and the response that I received was that they aren’t responsible for lost packages. I text chatted with a representative from Lasership, they said they aren’t responsible for my missing package and to contact Fashion Nova. Lasership/Ontrac is responsible for my lost package. I deserve a refund or another order and an apology.

    I don’t want my money back, I want my package. The deal that I got was buy 1 get 1 free so I spent $187 but in actuality there was $350-$400 worth of clothing in the package. I’m beyond upset and disappointed!!!

    I loved everything in my order!!! I can’t order from you again because I lost the money and can’t trust your shipping carrier. The style, quality and price of Fashion Nova’s products are unmatched, I don’t know where else I’ll purchase from.

    I was scammed by Fashion Nova and I am furious!The CEO apparently got wealthy ripping people off! I did not get what I ordered at all but was sent instead 5 pieces of junk clothing and trashy shoes all of which are way too big for me and not even my style of fashion wear at all. They were sent under the exact same order # as my actual order. I want my damn money back Richard Saghian or I’m contemplating a lawsuit for fraud. You had no right to take my money if you could not send me the items that I ordered. If that’s how you got your multi-million dollar home in California then you are a shoddy crook!!!

    Good morning,

    I wanted to reach out to you all to see if I could possibly get some assistance about my packages since I have not received any useful assistance thus far. I placed my order on June 10th with a delivery date of June 17th and have not received anything. I am aware of the companies delivery time frame 3-7 business days not including holidays and weekends. Today is June 26th and there still isn’t any movement on my order. I have reached out to customer support multiple times and the only response I keep receiving is that “it is on the way”. I have been shopping with you all for years without any issues. Receiving a $10 credit on almost a $200 order will not cut it. I need to know where my package is and I would like to know as soon as possible. If the package is lost then I need that to be said and I need to be accommodated more than just a $10 credit. At this point I feel as though I’ve been robbed of my money. This is definitely bad business and has discouraged me to shop with you all in the future.

    Fashion nova steals money , even though it’s a billion dollar company. I paid for something and didn’t receive the package. So you guys just get to keep my money and I didn’t receive a coat that I bought for my son . Now he has no coat. I can’t just be wasting money and not receiving the product . This is some evil stuff … Evil company . I never have a problem with Amazon , they are professional and you can talk to a customer service representative over the phone . You guys don’t care about your customers at all .

    Hello, I’m a very loyal customer. I purchase some clothing online my order number is 88791580. The zipper on my Jean broke once I put them. I send email to January 29, 2022 and January 31, 2022, your company haven’t responded but once. I send what they asked of me and I haven’t heard anything since! I’ve purchased dresses and jeans and the zipper was mess up but I just fixed them but I’m tired of having to pay to keep zippers fix, I don’t even get to enjoy the first wear of my clothing I purchased!!! I would like full refund for the pair light jeans I purchased! I’m not happy with this at all!

I have lost hundreds of dollars dealing w this company. I have the receipt from when it send from UPS. Also items were missing, and whatever I did recieve. I sent back. It’s been months now and it’s a little ridiculous. I would appreciate some help ASAP .

    Fashion Nova needs to be shut down.The BBB & FCC should really investigate this company & shut them down by snatching their license to sell. No live people,they don’t return your payment,gift cards are invalid,Lasership constantly loses pkgs like its normal .They give you a back n forth run around with emails then have the nerve to charge you a return fee for defective clothing. Im going to start a petition & get this business shut down. Are yall with me?

    In October 2021, I made my first Fashion Nova order. Fashion Nova shipped my package using Lasership delivery service. The company did not deliver my package to me, although they reported that the delivery person made three attempts. The last attempted reported by the shipping company stated that the package was delivered on a Sunday around 8pm. However, the shipping company stop deliveries at 4pm and operate only on weekdays. I called Lasership several times and I have not received any response regarding my package. I completed Fashion Nova online complaint form and an email response from Fashion Nova. However, I have not received a refund or replacement. I would like my money refunded and Fashion Nova to address the shipping issues with Lasership and theft of packages.

        The same situation happened to me. I had to contact the FTC, Federal Trade Commission and also consumers relations. And also make a police report. I haven’t received my items around the same time as yours, and I still haven’t gotten it. This why they need to be shut down!! It’s ridiculous and sad at the same time.

    I have a serious issue with an order that I placed back in October 27,2021 and the third party delivery company LOST my package after numerous and continuous emails and phone calls trying to locate my “initial package.” So, the outcome of this entire ordeal is that I had to place another order, have it overnighted in order to make my business trip on time. While out of the country, I receive an email stating that “Lasership” has delivered my package and as I stated in the emails, how do I know that the package was delivered because I need said items at the initial delivery date which was November 1st, then it kept getting pushed back all the way until the 8th of November when I reorder the items. After numerous emails, I found that when I did return from being out of the country for a business meeting that the order was indeed delivered but I do not need 2 orders of the same articles of clothing. ALL I am asking for is for this company to refund me my money and issue my a return label for articles of clothing that were sent after a specific date of delivery that was initially lost by there 3rd party delivery company.

    Hello, I wanna start by saying I really do like your clothes and deals! I even got my husband to check you guys out and now he loves it as well. Unfortunately I have grown very, very frustrated because we both made an order last week. It was delivered Thursday night to the wrong address. Now first before you say check neighbors and etc. My husband was here waiting on it and I was arriving when the package was so called being delivered so one of us would have recieved that package FOR SURE !!!! when we noticed no sign of the merchandise we immediately went to the delivery ticket and it said it was delivered at the door with signature What!! but again we saw no one or nothing what kills me about this whole thing is when. I reached out to fashion nova you guys basically said not my problem check with the carrier and neighbors like we chose( LSO AS THE CARRIER) No! You guys chose them as your carrier so why do I have to bare that cross ?
    and then she goes on to say ,but here is 10% off your next purchases that is not right at all we are not trying to hustle you guys get our money back anything we simply just want the clothes and to be treated failry int his situation. We can’t continue to purchase from a conpany that only cares about you while your shopping, but after you purchase they wipe their hands with you! We sometimes spend hundreds at a time revamping our families closet. And we can’t afford to take these type of loses. Very disappointed!!!! Overall y’all really let me down…Other places take care of me very well for I am a dedicated online shopper I know an awful experience this store is definitely on the list to never purchase from again…

      They’re a horrible online company.Never refund your initial payment. Credit on a gift card which gives errors & have the nerve to charge for a return on defective clothing. Free cash doesn’t work,Lasership known for losing pkgs,no live person.REPORT IT TO THE BBB & we need to start a petition & boycott no business until they shape up. It’s very unfair,false advertising & takes our only not giving it back until your pressure is too high!
