    I made an order for pick up early this morning and never got a text or email saying it was ready to pick up 4+ hours later, so I called the woodland CA office to ask whether the order was ready to pick up. I was put on hold, and left on hold until I eventually hung up and called back. The second time I immediately was asked if it was ok for me to be put on hold and I explained that I had already been on hold and the second rep apologized and then also put me on hold indefinitely. When I called back again, I was just hung up on twice with no one even answering the calls, which is incredibly rude as I was completely polite throughout this whole experience. What terrible customer service.

    I never received my order and it never updates. I have tried calling 4x and you are left on hold and no one ever answers. I have emailed and I get a computer response. What is going on ? The corporate number listed is disconnected.

      Yes. This is similar to my experience as well. I called twice and was put on hold indefinitely, then called twice more and was hung up on without answering. Appalling!

    Sad that this big company hates conservatives. I and my family am a frequent shopper at Famous footwear but obviously they do not care about my business. Plan to take my business elsewhere even though I like the store.

    I have tried to contact someone that can help me with your website. Every time I call customer service, which I had to Google, they would tell me to clear my cookies. I have done that many times and still cannot view anything on the website. How can I purchase anything if I cannot view your website? Can anyone help me or do I need to file a complaint?
