I would like someone to help me understand why you all are ok with a complete lack of process and professional lack of integrity. We ordered and paid in full for our pool table on 2o Feb. We were told our felt would take four weeks to come in. Today, 6 May we were told our order “fell through the cracks” – an absolute process failure. We’ve been waiting since Monday for Mark to call us back – he still hasn’t – fail! We spoke with someone today 7 May who said they could have the felt in 2 weeks – lies! Brunswick is 10+ weeks for special orders. Incompetent and liars = Family Leisure!
