Why does management not care about incorrect information on Fairviews Epic my chart? Every Fairview employee (and there are Many), who I have spoken to, about this problem, either doesn’t care or, has stated “they don’t know how to correct it!” That includes the Doctors and their staff who referred the orders and the tests, including my chart staff who state they only know to help patients, start a my chart, and Nothing else!
I have a pop up on the front page of my, my chart, telling me to schedule a Brain Scan, that was already done months ago. It was done at Rayus Radiology, because Fairview seems to have unnecessary and long wait times to see a Doctor, or have tests, or procedures. Waiting weeks or months is unacceptable. They also have some pretty Rude and Condescending schedulers. No wonder Fairview is Failing. James Hereford and his Management team seem to approve of this bad behavior from his employees. I doubt he would like his Mother treated as poorly as some of the Fairview Seniors are.
