    We are at your hotel in Monroe NC. We are only here one night. Trip advisor suggested this hotel. When we booked it said breakfast included. Was told you haven’t been doing that since Covid. We were never told of the Wi-Fi code. I went to the phone in the room that does not work and was so filthy I had to wash my hands 3 times. On my cell I called and the receptionist gave me the code. This room is falling apart. The furniture looks like it’s been here for 30 years and beaten up pretty badly. How could you call these suites. I can tell you we deserve a full credit. Until you get this hotel in a respectable looking condition, I would it shut down.
