I will never rent anything else from EZ Rentals again.We bought my son’s PS5 from them on Black Friday and have been making weekly payments every week since then.Rather it be a full or partial payment.Never had any issues until this past Saturday.They show up at my house while I was at work.Tried to enter my house without me or my husband being home.My 15 yr old son was home by himself because I was at work.They decided to deal with my son instead of me or my husband.His Dads name is on the lease for the game system nobody else’s.They should have never tried to enter my house without any adult being home.The manager tried to use force to enter my home without me or my husband being home.He mlhad my son very scared because of the way he done.My son tried to shut the door and the manager kept his foot in the door to keep it from being shut.He felt threatened by him.Its ridiculous that a grown man took it apon his self to try to enter a home with no adult present and scare a kid.I will not tolerate my child being done this way,I’m going to the Sheriff’s office first thing in the morning and filing charges against the manager at the Jacksboro Tn Store.He had absolutely no business trying to enter my home without me or my husband present.This is absolutely ridiculous.I will not evenr buy anything else from EZ Rental ever again.And I will let people know exactly how they did my son.And to never buy anything else from them.Its B’s you make ur weekly payments and they still come take your stuff.
