I have been contacting y’all over a year on the same matter which wrongfully caused the impact on my credit, which was false statements. And recently I had to make a trip to my Navy Federal by the put to pulled up two folders of documents for the last seven year’s at my navy credit union, which I am a military vet. That is half of the problem you are allowed capital one to file false documents, which I have everything to prove I’m going to be suing someone if this isn’t fixed Immediately. Once again, I have all documentation proof takes record it and people to back everything. As it behooves me that no one had taken those wrongful fraudulent Attempt, which has impacted my credit is against the law, and I have the proof and documents now which has calls a interest structure in my credit score should’ve never been allowed to happen everything was paid up directly through my bank unbelievable.

  • Lourdes arellano says:

I just called this credit department to dispute my credit inquiries it only took for me to not have the pin on the account they have on file for them to send me a hard copy of my credit report not even confirming if it’s me the one on file…..

  • Neal Hribar says:

Experian sucks – I keep getting emails and have called them many times.

How do I get the fuck out of their system?

    • Lois Hearon says:

I am having the same problem! Now, they have found my second email account! I don’t know how we can get off of their stupid email marketing list.

  • Valerie McMurtry says:

I was tricked into an Experian membership on April 4, 2019. I want the $21.95 monthly charges since April reversed. If that does not happen, I will contact Governor Steve Bullock’s Consumer Affairs office, the US Senate Finance Committee as well as my personal attorney. This is a case of consumer fraud. I did not sign up for and do not need a membership in Experian.
    Please reverse charges immediately!
