Customer representatives are horrible. They do not care about the customers, they will judge you and talk to you like you are beneath them. Each representative will tell you something different and if you question them they get hateful. If you mention Covid, they bring up the vaccine and financial responsibility. They will even suggest you take on a second job.

You are so absolutely correct. I just went through the same ordeal and my car is paid off. I cannot believe these people get away with such unprofessional behavior representing a FINANCIAL Firm. This should reflect strongly on how they and their business practices. Employees are an extension of the company, they represent the INTEGRITY of the business. So seeing is believing! Be careful who you entrust to handle your financial business and I association with. These are the biggest character assassins, these huge financial corporations. Just being affiliated with them could do you more harm than good. Their employee base as far as customer service is in AMERICA, but treat you like you are a burden. As I stated my car is paid off since June of this year two years early.

I have had a loan with Exeter Finance in 2018 I have made my payments on time and never late my car got hit by somebody and my insurance company made it a total loss and paid off the loan of $2,400 they have made my credit report look like that was a closed account instead of a paid-off account they told me that that’s the way they do it since it’s a total loss but never disclosed that in the loan application which is illegal I am told by my attorney also I see him my credit wise report I have a delinquent payment which I never had I have tried to rectify this with them on the telephone and all they do is say I’m sorry I would appreciate it because I have work so hard to get my credit up with this car loan if they would reverse the delinquent and reverse the car loan is being paid off instead of closed if not then me and my attorney will bring this matter farther because of the non-disclosure in their application wich should be disclosed I hope there’s somebody in this office that reads this that cares anyting about a client that make every payment on time and worked very hard to get his credit up and now this company is trying to make his credit go down I hope I get some sort of response from this this is also going to my attorney thank you for your time
