    I placed a order on January 7,2022 for a custom sectional, I paid in cash for the sectional. My order was scheduled for delivery on March 25, 2022, on 3/21/22 I called the store to confirm and was told that it would be delivered and they would contact me, on 3/24/2022 I received a call that the manufacturer was not able to fill my order and that I would receive a refund. Today on 4/8/22 I called the store to inquire about my refund and was told that the associate never submitted my refund request. This is awful customer service!

    I would like to speak to someone in corporate office or the CEO. In 2019 I purchased a $6,000.00 bedroom suit and finished paying for it. I have a 5 year warranty on it. Exclusive Furniture is a disappointment. I didn’t realize their were chips on the night stands and my bed bench underneath the wood is crack, screws was different sizes just doesn’t put things together professionally…the delivery guys are a joke…I never went back until Wednesday 3/23/2022 gave them another chance and bought a ottoman. They delivered it today same thing happened I told the delivery guy I wasn’t signing any papers until I check.the ottoman out. Yes, underneath it was three (3)cuts anon the seam the material was cut. They really need to do better. Once you purchased their furniture they don’t won’t nothing else to do with you if you find a problem. Only if you ready to purchase again. I have pictures to prove everything. No, I didn’t keep the ottoman they told me they didn’t have another one to give me. I want my refund immediately back on my credit card.     I need someone to contact me to arrange for you to pick up this sectional. (Not Fozzy or Fossie however you spell it) she was extremely rude. In 1 week from today I will put it out for big trash pickup. I thought I was being nice letting you know to come pick it up. This will serve as documentation that I gave you time to get it!!

    Pattern of Complaint
    Since January 2017, the BBB of Houston & South Texas has received numerous disputes that exhibit the pattern below;

    It has been alleged by consumers that the sales and practices of Exclusive Furniture are misleading and deceptive. Consumers allegations state Exclusive Furniture delivers damaged and low quality products, have constant extended delivery delays, and misrepresents the brands available for purchase in their store locations. Additional allegations state Exclusive Furniture fails to communicate with consumers when there are issues. When consumers contact the company for delivery updates, refunds, repairs or exchanges their emails and phone calls to the store locations go unanswered.
    *And this pattern continues in 2021. Very unfortunate. A company is only as good as the people representing it.
