This at the El Cajon store is a great face of the company. I have dealt with him for years and find him to be a honest guy who does his best to do right by the customer. He has never let me down. When I have had an issue he always works with me to make it right. That’s why I tell my friends to go there for serve needs

Receive the mailer for oil change . Made an appointment for the service, this morning. When picking the car up I asked about the alignment they said they didn’t perform that Service asked about the tire rotation didn’t know I wanted that done . in the mailer it said this was all included !!! not real happy with the outcome !!!

I have had the worst custermer service in my life at your store on jackson st la mesa ca not only did they make me wait for three calls then they tride to charge me 80.oo for oil change with you offer for48.99 online I will never buy anything from Evans tire again
