I bought a et 5150 all in one less than a year ago. tree days ago (Oct. 24th,2022) my printer stopped working with error message that the printer had to be turned off because it did not turn off correctly?
I sopend 3.5 hrs on the phone with Epson technical support (2 different techs) only to find out that my printer (10.5 months old) needed to be replaced. I need my printer for work and a not profit that I work for. I was promissed to have the Refurbused printer over-nighted. I came to find out last night thru my FedEx tracking that the package was delievered to a completely different address, one that I did NOT provide.
my correct address was repeated to th women taking my shipping information. I have now
(Thurs. Oct. 27th, 2022) spent nearly an hour on hold waiting to have another printer sent ot over night. I can not wait for the printer sent to another address to go back to Epson and then be shipped out.
I paid nearly $400. for this printer and have serious concerns about the Epson printers.
Would like to hear back from an executive at Epson today.
Scanner issues: I have been trying to get contact information via your website and I get into a loop where there is really no contact other than sales. If you go to support, which is where my issue should be addressed I get a page for warranty/serial number etc. After entering in required info- I get nothing that is appropriate. Web page is great for downloads but not for solutions.
I am noticing significant distortion depending on where an object is place on the bed of the Epson Perfection V850 scanner. I wanted to send some of the images to an imaging engineer for some suggestions on how to adjust the scanner but again no place on your web site that allows for direct e-mail communication. I’m concerned that if one is relying on scale for developing prototypes etc. then there is as issue. It’s disturbing not to have an answer for the problem.
I can not get anyone on the phone I have no choice but to report my problems to the fcc and the us department that protect seniors from being mislead etc I pay 80 dollars for ink I should not have to buy ink every week the ink box states this ink has been in the store since 2015 the well is try I can not print 10 pages without the telling me to buy more ink I have no choice but to report this thank youi have been with u over 10 years this year is the worst number 225 588 3433
