Elephant Bar is a scratch-kitchen restaurant cum bar chain in United States with a variety of continental and American cuisine. Its first restaurant was opened in Lubbock, TX in 1980. The safari-themed restaurant was under SB Restaurant Co., but it failed to garner profit despite the popularity and filed for bankruptcy in 2014 and 2017. The restaurant chain comprising of 29 units has reduced to a meagre 7 outlet restaurant chain.

After a brief acquisition turmoil of the troubled brand,the restaurant chain is now owned and being managed by Las Vegas-based Gen3 Hospitality.They own 4 more restaurant concept including Flour and Barley, Barrymore and has necessary expertise and investment power to pull out Elephant Bar and reinstate its lost glory. The owner Billy Richardson is optimistic, and his team is incorporating turnaround strategies to reduce liabilities including bringing back menus, promotions, happy hours, life experience discounts for senior guests to increase customer footfall and engagement.
