We are Greenville, Texas residents and we have been eating at the Greenville location since it opened. We go twice a week and at times we add a day. Today, February 21st at 1pm I was meeting my husband for lunch. I walked in 2 female employees were at the register talking in Spanish and giggling. Neither greeted me even though we made eye contact. I stood waiting and decided to sit since neither seemed to have plans to take me to a table. I sat a few minutes then stood and called my husband and told him I could not seem to be able to be seated due to the two ladies not having a desire to seat me. One started to walk away from the register and I said since you cannot seat me, you just lost me to Cotten Patch. They said ok. So.. I get to my car and call the resturant and ask to speak to a manager. The lady said I am the manager. I asked if she was the one at the register and she said yes. I said so you are the manager and you chose to let a customer walk out your door unhappy? She said I was busy at the time. I said both of you were too busy to acknowledge me and one could not seat me? She said yes. As you can tell I am very upset over this and am not sure I will ever return again.

I’m assuming you never heard anything back from this? I’m assuming nobody really gave a crap at all as I am going through A similar situation myself. I called in an order and picked it up by the time I got home and found out it was not the right order I tried to call and no one answered it was about 5 minutes after they closed.. That was a few days ago right before the holidays so today I tried to call since I’m now home and not dealing with Christmas and everything I tried calling and letting them know today what had happened and I did have pictures of the order and of my receipt andThe manager was very rude told me that he was working that night and he didn’t know of any order like mine Even though I hadn’t told him the exact day I found that to be peculiar and he just argued with me and told me I should have called sooner I told him I tried to call that night but he did not care. I asked him for the corporate number and he told me I would have to look online so I did and so began that venture. I have called over a dozen phone numbers listed trying to find the corporate number only to be given crazy numbers to weird different things been hung up on a few times I mean this is insane honestly I’ve never dealt withAnything like this.
