EL DORADO is a south-Florida based furniture store chain founded by Manuel Capó in 1967.The family-owned business is the largest Hispanic-owned furniture retail enterprise in the United States of America headquartered in Miami, Florida and is ranked among the top 50 furniture retailers there. Born and brought up in Cuba, Manuel had well off family furniture business started by his father Simon. Castro regime and its policy of private business take overled Manuel to flee his country with his two sons to USA in a wooden sailboat El Dorado. He set up the first store in Calle Ocho, Miami within 7 months of settling in US.

El Dorado furniture has now 13 showrooms and 3 outlets in Florida which offers variety of bedroom and dining room furniture like,leather furniture,home-office setups&tons of other interesting accessories.It introduced Boulevard showrooms which is a facade of a main street of a city surrounded by "shops" that serve as dedicated showrooms for different styles of furniture.

    I purchase two white leather chairs from Eldorado Palm Beach, and the fist time I sat on them it turns very dark. the entire color of my pants came off on the chair. I made a complain to the store manager, who insulted me by telling me the quality of my clothes is not good.
    I called the customer service/ corporate and spoke to Dina who was very remorseful about my situation and my experience, however she assured me that someone was gonna get Back to me within 24hrs. I have not received a call yet. and when I called the number she gave me. I’m not getting an answer. please get back intouch with me to see how we can resolve this issue

    I purchased 2 couches in october 2020 and the seems ripped in january 2021z I need someone to call me immediately. I have been waiting for a couch for 6 months no one is giving me an answer and i already took this complaint to corporate and to the business bureau. No one is taking the responsibility and im still waiting. I will never purchase any furniture at EL DoRado anymore. It has been the worse experience of my life considering that all my furniture has been purchased at el dorado. Please someone return my message. Im willing to take the press and police department to the store

    Good evening,

    The entertainment center the “Madrid” that was delivered to my home on yesterday was damaged. The shelves and bridge parts to complete the unit need to be replaced as soon as possible. I was very disappointed because the unit is not all together as a complete unit. Therefore, I am requesting that the damaged parts be ordered and sent back out with no additional delivery fee at this time due to the fact that it was delivered to me damaged. I have always been pleased with El Dorado furniture in the past because of their five star service and quality of furniture. However, I am devastated that the entertainment center was damaged and not up to standard. The materials that the entertainment center are made of is pressed substandard wood and easily damaged. If I had known the quality of materials I would have never purchased it. Please make this purchase satisfactory by addressing the concerns in this email to the upmost quality of standards. Also, I did not receive a call from the driver when he was on the way. A courtesy call would have been appreciated as promised. I was the last delivery and the furniture was just thrown around in the truck. Workers need to take all precautions when making deliveries on behalf of El Dorado furniture. Thanking you in advance for your attention to this matter.
