Seville ohio location is the worst place I’ve ever ordered from. The subs took over hour and a half. Waiting to have a tasty pizza sub but when
The sub arrived with just sauce an cheese.. Seriously? I called and the female was snarky and rude. So i said ok so i ordered a pizza sub an i get jus bread sause an cheese? After waiting over a hour? Your less then a 3 min drive to the location And last week the deliverymen in the small black car flipped me off at a road crossing. This place is only making the east of Chicago name bruised n blemished maybe take a look at the reviews the customers are leavin on google. They dont use lettered boxes or bags for ur pizza or subs. This place cuts all the corners and gets away with it. Completely unsatisfied will send pics of the sad ass exscuse of a pizza sub.

Ordered a large taco pizza at the upper Sandusky location online saying it would be ready in 20 minutes . Show up to pick it up and they tell me they don’t open until noon. Why would you have immediately pick up AND DELIVERY IF YOUR NOT OPEN!! This worlds going to sh*t. The amount of Bleeks is astonishing. I may never order East of Chicago again. Wouldn’t give a refund or deliver so I guess I just don’t get pizza and out 20$ Don’t know if i would want the pizza with hopple head that was making the pizza. I doubt he had showered this week answered door and went back to making pizza without gloves or sanitizing his hands. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

had ordered a pizza and sub from your store on south main st mansfield, the pizza was far to doughy and cold it was very gross, the sub was so watered down with sauce that it made the bread fall apart from being so watery, we order at least once a week, love the food, but the staff is where it gets bad. we called to complain keep in mind we order all the time have never once complained, the manager here laughed in our face, all because we wanted the food re sent out, he said if we want the food resent then we need to dig it out of our garbage and send it back. like seriously its a pandemic and your asking for garbage food back. and after i was willing to comply to that he said it is policy that he gets the food back and that he is not doing anything about it. i told him im going to call corporate once again he laughed and said go ahead they wont help you either, so here i am making a formal complaint and review to never use this store to order.

I called and placed an order for 4 large pizzas $68.00. This was On 1-16-22. I was asked if we wanted it delivered… I asked if they do delivery to where I live and I GAVE HER MY ADDRESS She said yes but it would be an hour and a half. I wasn’t too thrilled with that considering everybody was starving. but I understand. the weather is bad and they’re busy so that’s fine. Two hours later we still did not have our pizza. I called but Wooster location and told the man who answered who I was and that we were supposed to be getting our pizza in an hour and a half and it’s been over two hours. The person “in charge” told me that the girl did not get all of my information therefore the order was never processed!! I was speechless. I have 10 mouths to feed in this house now what am I supposed to do? I told him I felt that was really bad business, and he didn’t seem to care. He said I could place another order but it was going to be at least an hour. I don’t think so I’ve already waited two hours. He was not a very nice person, we have purchased many pizzas from the Wooster franchise and they have great pizza there. But if they are going to conduct business like that we will purchase Somewhere else. And if I am ever asked about service there you better believe I won’t be giving them a very good review. Thank you

Ordered a side salad without dressing because I was going to use my own. I got charged $.75 for “no dressing “. They young lady on the phone inquired if this was correct and was told yes. If the profit margin is this low possibly put a surcharge on phone calls and using the parking lot. This was the Apple Creek Oh franchise.

  • James Carter says:

I bought my first pizza at your store in Wapakoneta earlier tonight and have to tell you that was the worst l have ever had. You charge $1.50 for every item which is diced and very tiny and there was soooooooo much dough that l had to throw most of it away.l will never buy from East of Chicago again.

  • Alex Moyer says:

Are you actually going to open a store in Tiffin Ohio?
