I closed my account on December 4, 2023. Now on February 22, 2024 they deduct 25.00 from my account, refund it and then today, January 23, 2024 deduct the 25.00 again. I have no account with these people and they have no business taking money from my account.
Absolutely HORRIBLE service and company! They completely scammed my elderly Mother in law out of $180 for a service she never received! Once she asked for her money back, it escalated quickly! She was only able to use internet 2 day’s (two hours each day) of internet out of the 12 days she had it. She called for assistance several times and no one could help her get it running. Naturally, she wants it canceled and they told her she would only get $56 back because she used 4 hours of internet!! Then they threatened her that if she doesn’t return the equipment in 30 days that they will charge her $200!!! My husband even called on her behalf and he caught the “supervisor” in so many lies!!! DO NOT use this service or company!
