Прошу вернуть мои деньги! Я не давал вам разрешения на мои личные данные и тем более воровать. Вы может и серьёзная компания, но до такого опускаться, это хуже дерьма!

Прошу вернуть мои деньги,1507 грн., я не пользуюсь вашей программой, и явно не позволял воровать мои личные данные. Не будьте мошенниками. Иначе многие узнают о ВАС.

After more than a year and 810,000 XPs, everything vanished! All of my XPs, gems, and even my Diamond status ——Gone! Despite messages asking for help, I have received nothing. Please help me get back into my account! You charged me for the additional time required to generate everything and it was paid via Apple. This occurred on Monday or Tuesday. I can be reached at tel: 904-608-5607, Stuart Lee Johnston

Dear Duolingo,

I have been a happy learner of Greek on Duolingo since before COVID, (2019?). I’ve gone through the entire program three times, always learning and re-enforcing what I was learning. . . that is, until now.

I do not know what you have done. I do not know which language-learning specialists you consulted with but the new “pathway” is nothing but a dog’s breakfast! At first I thought it was just me because I’d been through the program so many times. Maybe you were mixing it up on purpose. But I asked a friend about her experience and it is the same for her.

I used to love the lay out of the program. Each lesson was a new specialized vocabulary or new verb forms or personal pronouns, or something. There was unity within each unit. Now the lessons appear so random. For example, I worked on Unit 32 today: “Say what used to happen, discuss the environment.” Sounds straight forward, doesn’t it?: Past tenses and the vocabulary for the environment. Step one is Past Participles. Okay. But it goes off track soon after. I didn’t get any environment vocabulary exercises until step seven. I really don’t get it and I’m not enjoying the learning process at all any more.

I don’t think you meant to turn off long-term users like me. And yet, you have. I feel that I’m not getting any reinforcement of what I have learned so far. I find these “steps” a jumble.

I have about 30 lessons more in the Greek program. Then I’m leaving Duolingo. You have been a daily companion for an 834-day streak. I’ve been dedicated! I used to recommend you to everyone I knew! You’ve let me down.

Regretfully,

Theo Heras

I do not want to be charged a fee to give my opinion. I already have the familyplan and should be able to comment easily. Not happy about this.

I am a World Languages teacher. Do you offer field trips to your headquarters to talk to students about your company?

Very disappointed with new Duolingo format. Had it shoved down my throat and it is not what I wanted. Duolingo apparently doesn’t care and won’t respond. Now looking at other language apps.
