    Well I see from reading the comments that I am not alone. It is truly unacceptable and wrong that I cannot cancel my Disney Plus membership midterm and get a refund. Certainly you have the right to charge a fee or a termination fee but to only allow a non-renewal on an annual membership as I said is just plain wrong. Whatever happened to the Disney we used to know. It is obviously gone. I’m so sorry that confidence in Disney is suffering because of your lack of concern for customer’s.

    You have the worst customer service. I have tried multiple times to fix Disney Plus to renew a subscription and no one can help. Therefore my subscription has been cancelled, and I just saved my money and it is your loss.

    My account was compromised. When I called to figure out what was going on they left me on hold with no information for over an hour. Finally came back on and said that they needed to cancel my account and create a new one. They gave me a credit, when it came time to purchase a new account the amount was higher. The rates increased since the last time I paid (I pay yearly) they said there was nothing they can do about it. If I wanted to have a new account I needed to pay the higher amount. They also said someone switch my e-mail address and they sent the conformation of the credit to that e-mail address. I explained it was the wrong one (they were aware before they e-mailed the conformation) when I asked them to e-mail me a copy the the right e-mail address they said they could not. I asked what kind of information was on the
    e-mail seeing how that was the person who hacked my account and is now getting more of my personal information. No one seemed to be able to help me with either problem. Not much customer service.

    I purchased the plan with only Disney and national geographics and for 2 years you up charged me to the bundle but i never had the extras of the bundle and you can see it but want to say you can only see the last 3 months to cover your butts even after your rep said she could see it since November of 2021 bs!! And had you not started asking for my kids birthdays and genders i would have never even logged in and noticed this 2 years!! I want my money back point blank!

    I renewed my Disney + in November and added the HULU I was told my plan would renew and the changes would take place in January and that I could not add HULU at that point because I was on a year subscription, but not to worry, the plan would pick up during the renewal.

    January 1,2023 I went tried to log in and found I could not. I called January 2, 2023. I also noticed at that point that my plan renewed January 5, 2023, with the changes I had made. I stayed on the line anyway to figure out how to get into the HULU account on the 5th, but was told Disney switched me to a month to month plan. I was told if I cancelled and then restarted the plan right away, my account would revert back to what I selected….this is not true.

    I did not make that change, I changed to the 14.99 Hulu plan. I received 3 different stories from 3 different people, including a 4th story from the supervisor Chloe. Why would I pay more on a month to month when the yearly is less expensive?

    Why did Disney override my change scheduled for January 5th after the December 8 plan changes?

    Chloe told me I would have had to have pay for the Hulu when I made the change, but I told her I was told, I would be charged in January, but she went on to say Disney went in and automatically changed me from what I selected to the month to month plan.

    Now in your system, you will only see the plan override you made, not the plan I made. This is not fair. Even your supervisor admitted that your call people are confused and made mistakes on advising me, but she is still unwilling to revert back to my original change.

    Will you please correct this issue.
