    took a disney cruise for the first time with all my family in june. loved it but….we requested early dining way ahead. i have a four year old who sleeps early. they gave me late dining. the dining was great but my four year old missed out on everything. i asked for a table close to the action. we were seated way at the end in the corner. i was put on the waiting list for olafs picnic and never got in and during marvel which was my least favorite dinner venue, there were so many people in there it was too hot. one of the guests at our table left to go to the room. marvel was boring . we just briefly saw spider man and our seating was were everyone is ignored. they were sold out of the royal gathering which is ridiculous because it should accomodate the whole ship. i just felt like first time cruisers who had no status. good ship but needs to improve

    I have been calling and sending emails for 2 months reference my cruise. I Waited for 4 hours on the phone today and send numerous emails today with no answer. I want to modify my cruise and I’m running out of time. Customer service is horrible right now
