Was going to enter your sweepstakes when I realized it was just another scam phishing for information you did not need to enter me in that sweepstakes. Forget it. Still waiting to hear a response I was promised from a complaint I sent months ago. Seems I need to go ahead and delete myself as a contact from your website.
Iv’e been a customer for years. Last year, Tried to order 2 sets and Tire Rack had the same tire and price but gave free tire warranty also. Your rep said, “Well, go for it, we can’t match that.” So I did. Tried again last fall, SAME ANSWER. So far you lost 5 sets of tires, I don’t know what happened but your people are not the same. Maybe I’m not one of your better customer, but Iv’e purchased many sets of tires.
Look at my previous purchases, Davyjoans@Verizon.net. I.m getting treated like a customer at T.R. and you lost a customer.
