Why does your store in Greenwood always lock the doors an hour or more early that’s insane

Your store in Cape Girardeau has the rudest most unappreciative customer service. Who do you think is paying their salaries. Teach them to say thank you. Your company has failed miserably. I’m done shopping there.

Lewisburg, Tn Dirt Cheap shopper faithfully several times a week spend money every visit. That is when they are open. How does a business run with managers shutting doors at whatever time they feel like it on whatever day?May close at 5pm may be 2pm never know what hours the store is open. Store window and website say store closes at 9pm M-Sat doesn’t say anything about Mangers discretion. No notice on the door. Just randomly closed. What kind of store manager tells customers in line they cannot purchase their items she will not check them out she pulling registers in 15 seconds! Poor, lazy and very rude management. Hate to see this tore close its doors but we all know poor management will do it everytime!

Hello: I am concern about out store in Pasadena, Texas. Are you all closing that store. I hope not. This is the only store we have in Houston, The one in Alvin, Tx was closed, I’m disappointment. I’m very upset with your company and I have been a great supporter and bought lots of products there. In Mobile, AL in purchased a Fridgedaire wall unit A/C. Several came in and they sold fast. All were in boxes and it was said to us they are new never used. Well I get home plug in and no cool air. I waited and tried everything I could, then I called warranty dept (Electrolux Co). Gave them serial # and they denied due to a claim already used on the unit. The store said all sales final. I’m a senior not rich and I feel dipped. I understand broken I understand dented but you sold me a unit that was already known as inoperable by the manufacturer!! My name is Michael Xepoleas 251-404-2163.
