    Have been waiting MONTHS for a furniture delivery. I have placed numerous calls and sent numerous e-mails concerning my merchandise. I have received one call and one email. Neither included NY information other than they were trying to locate the order. Called today and was guaranteed a return call from the Home Delivery Manager by noon. Waited until 1235 to call back only to be called a liar saying one manager would NEVER guarantee a phone call in less than 48 hours. I was then told that if I ca before getting a return call my issue will go to rhe back of the line. So basically they can take your money and if you call they can ignore you with NO repercussions. WHAT AN INCOMPETENT COMPANY! PLEASE TELL ME THERE IS ANOTHER CLASS ACTION AGAINST THEM…..

    This company has the worse customer service. I ordered two Bernhardt chairs on August 6, 2021 and to date, I do not have the chairs or the refund. Every time I call I am told that they are working on it and will call me back in 24 to 48 hours – they never do. Over the months I’ve been told many different explanations, that they are in the warehouse, that they are not in the warehouse, that they don’t know where they are, etc. I was recently told that the issue has been escalated and the the refund has been approved, but still no resolution. I tried to call the Executive Offices for assistance and I was told they do not take calls. In the meantime, I am out over $1,800. I’ve been a member for over 20 years and have never experienced anything like this.

    After waiting months for my order it showed unannounced. Items were broken and missing. I go weeks with no one returning my calls or emails. A complete rip-off. Do not do business with them. I will be posting this same message in as many places onlineas possible. As well as you should expect to hear from my attorney
