Greetings,
I am a real estate agent in Colorado and Gulf Coast Mississippi. I have always loved the Del Webb communities. Yesterday I was meeting with a group of women in Gulfport age for the 55 communities and what we have here is very expensive condo’s on the beach and 2 story, but no 55 communities. Has Del Webb every considered the Gulf Coast Area? We are about 78 miles to New Orleans, and hour to Mobile AL. United, Delta, American fly into the Gulfport airport. Biloxi is a huge Vegas of the South. The closest 55 community is in Fair Hope, AL. I really think there is a market for your style of community down on the coast. I live in Ocean Springs, MS. Ocean Springs established by the French in 1699 and a very artsy village.
Let me know if you would consider taking a look would love to live and sell in your homes down here. Thank you.

Trying to send you an email, but unable to get your address, so I’m hoping this gets to the right person.
My husband and I are retired and currently live in a Pulte home, but would like to move to an active adult community. We love the Del Webb lifestyle and the quality construction of your homes. However, we have been unable to find the right floor plan for us. As many couples often do, especially as they get older, we find that we sleep better in separate rooms and would love a home with two master suites on the main level and one or two rooms in an upstairs loft (no other bedrooms on the first floor). We want the stairs for the exercise it would give us, and don’t want the main floor to be too large, to keep upkeep easier.
Your Stardom model comes close, because it has an option to combine two rooms into a second master, but there are still too many bedrooms downstairs, and the Contour model is ok, but we would rather replace the extra downstairs bedrooms with a second master suite.
Any chance this could ever happen?
Thanks much,
Leslie Lockner
