Dear Delfrisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse
I made a reservation well in advance with high expectations of the exceptional repetitive customer service I typically experience. I wasn’t happy with the customer service provided. My customer service experience started off phenomenal when our waitress was Brittney and then all that changed when she was replaced with Danielle who had no personality and seemed to complained the entire time based off her demeanors. It seemed obvious that she has no customer service experience or just didn’t want to be there. For the amount spent and this being my favorite restaurant where I’ve hosted many celebratory dinners and power lunches, my customer service experience should have been exceptional as each visit usually is.
Very disappointed experience.
