The DDS Discount store in Woodlawn, Maryland there’s an older woman who flirts with her coworkers and the things she say out of her mouth is very disturbing and ahe doesn’t know how to keep her hands to herself
The DD’s onHesperian in Hayward Ca the assistant store manager I believe her name is Laura she follows every black person around the store like everybody is going to steal. It is other nationalities that come in that store and steal. But for her to continuously follow black people around is ridiculous and racist. I have also witnessed her talk to certain associates that is not filipino very rude like they were beneath her or something. And the front end supervisor name Leticia is also very racist to anybody that’s not Mexican. She’s lazy always on her phone or if she do any work around there Laura is always helping her but won’t help the only black supervisor that works there. Leticia is always talking very rude let me rephrase this she is always bullying an associate name Victoria and talking to her very rudely. When Victoria needs another cashier when it’s busy. Leticia will not help get the line down nor will she send somebody to help Victoria. If this is how y’all allow your management talk to your customers and associates then they should get an lawyer and sue y’all for not correcting any issues that’s going on in that store.
I work for the one in Shawnee Oklahoma the Ross tonight after we were closed and done cleaning the manager was having us put up the hard tax and the purses so after I took my the purses back I stopped by the break room because it was right next to the back room grab my purse so the other girls decided to too we all went up front put the carts in front of the doors like we’re supposed to and was waiting for the manager and the new training manager to come back up front see the manager the whole store manager was upset with us because we didn’t ask permission to get our stuff we were 30 minutes over the time we were all supposed to be off he had us put up the hard tax that’s what we do right before we leave so why would we have to ask permission to get our stuff
The Dd‘s on seventh Street and La Paz in Victorville California the workers are very rude they have no smile you try to talk to them and they turn away Christmas is coming and how is anybody supposed to have a good time shopping when you get people that are rude and having that she looks I asked the woman why don’t you guys smile anymore and she just turned away give me a dirty look and say here’s your bags yelling at me
I was in the Lakewood Colorado store and would like to get ahold of cooperate office The store manager who was intoxicated harassed me and my 12 year old and 9 year old , this was very rude and I also have worked for Ross before and have never experienced this ever. This man named Matt Lance made my kids cry and was very rude and told me to leave for no reason. He should not be allowed to be a store manager at all. I also shop at this store a lot and never will be going back
Visited the DD’s on Rosecrans and purche right next door to my place of employment during my lunch break. My hands were full (only if came in for 1 thing ended up spending over $100) saw a pair of earrings that I wanted but several pairs of earrings were in front. After trying to pull it down hopefully the cardboard would tear..no luck asked an employee for assistance she’s Said “oh all you have to do is take all the other earrings off and get the one’s you want” I asked if she’s could help me cause my hands were full she responded,” well you can put your stuff down on the counter and get the earrings” I was in shock 😲 at no time did she try to assist me and almost took pride in not helping me at all especially when she looked at her co worker and said” gurrlll” what happened to customer service or plan human service? I know the whole world is short but with acceptable and unprofessional service like this DD’s will always be short
At the store on Vernon and Central the store is all Mexican and there are no black people that work in there and I do know people that have applied and was refused because they can’t speak Spanish
DDs in Victorville, ca on seventh st is horrible, very disappointing, the cashiers are ok but some are rude and the manager there so rude it’s crazy, some security guards are just following you around there whole store. Your trying to pay and they call next customer so now you feel like you are being rushed, then it gets all crowded, it’s horrible.
The DD’s on northgate Sacramento ca. has been ran down by an experience management team. The store manager is too busy explaining policies to customers and most of them don’t speak English this location has not made their sales gold in decades you have lost prevention stand at the front door greeting people when he should be walking the store. The store manager there is not creative she is not creating sales there is no marketing on the windows the windows are filthy and one of the cashiers I encountered was not very friendly and I was treated like I was some kind of shoplifter in a low end retail store. I’m a District manager and I’m also social services that store is in the toilet.

I ASKED IF I PULLED MY TRUCK UP COULD SOMEONE HELP ME WITH ALL THE BAGS.
INITIALLY TALKED TO REUBEN WHO WAS FRONT STORE SECURITY, HE CORRESPONDED BACK AND FORTH WITH ME AND THE MANAGER ADGLAEDT. SHE KEPT TELLING HIM NO THEY CANT HELP ME. I ASKED THAT COME TO THE FRONT AND TALK TO ME AND EXPLAIN WHY NO ONE COULD HELP THE CUSTOMERS.
THE LAST TIME I VISITED THIS STORE I WAS IGNORED WHEN ASKING FOR HELP. I WAS PURCHASING A 8X10 ROOM SIZE RUG WHICH I COULD NOT LIFT NO ONE THAT I ASKED WOULD HELP ME
THE REGIONAL MANAGER WAS IN THE STORE WALKING THROUGH WITH THE MANAGER SO I STOOD UNTIL HE CAME AROUND AND COULD SEE ME, HE IMMEDIATELY SAID MA’AM CAN I HELP YOU? I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I WANTED TO PURCHASE THE RUG BUT I COULDNT LIFT IT. HE IMMEDIATELY LIFTED IT TOOK IT TO THE FRONT AND LOADED IT ON MY TRUCK.
ITS CLEAR TODAY THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE MANAGER AND HER STAFF TODAY.
I TOLD HER TO REFUND MY MONEY IF NO ONE CAN HELP ME WHEN IVE GOTTEN HELP IN THAT STORE AND OTHER ROSS/DD STORES.
SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD REFUND ME MY MONEY AND I COULD CALL COOPERATE SHE DIDNT CARE. THEY WILL WATCH THE VIDEOS AND SEE
THEM HELPING CUSTOMERS AND COULD GET IN TROUBLE.
I THEN TOLD HER I DIDNT WANT ANYONE TO LOOSE THEIR JOB OR GET IN TROUBLE IF ITS A COOPERATE RULE I DIDNT WANT HER TO BREAK ANY RULES.
SHE LIED AND SAID IT WAS CORPORATE POLICY NO ONE COULD HELP ME I SOON FOUND THAT OUT WHEN I CALLED CORPORATE.
I AM A NURSE AND HAVE BEEN FOR THE LAST 37 YEARS WHAT IS THE WORLD COMING TO WHEN PEOLE CAN LIE TO YOU WITH S STRAIGHT FACE AND CLEARLY DONT CARE.
JUST LIKE WITHOUT PATIENTS NURSE’S ARENT NEEDED SO IT IS WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THOSE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT NEEDED.
I DON’T WANT SPECIAL TREATMENT I WANT EVERYONE THAT SHOPS THERE TO BE TREATED FAIR IF I HAVE TO SUFFER TO ADVOCATE FOR OTHERS I WILL.

AFTER ADGLAEDT THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT CORPORATE STORY I BELIEVED HER AND TOLD HER I DIDNT NEED A REFUND I JUST BILL WANTED TO BE TREATED FAIR.
SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A WRITTEN STATEMENT SAYING IT WAS CORPORATE POLICY BUT I BEGAN RECORDING HER TO HAVE IF AHE WAS LYING.
WHAT IS HAPPENING TO PEOPLE SINCE COVID IT SEEMS AS IF PEOPLE HAVE BECOME DESENSITIZED TO THE NEEDS OF OTHERS.
THIS IS SO SAD
I FEEL LIKE SHE AND RUBEN JUST SPIT IN MY FACE. WHILE TAKING OUT THE 2 BASKETS OF MERCHANDISE I HAD TO ASK HIM IF HE COULD PLEASE HOLD THE DOOR OPEN FOR ME AFTER ENTERING SEVERAL TIMES TO RETRIEVE MY MERCHANDISE FROM THE BUGGIES TO PUTUN MY TRUCK THAT I HAD PULLED UP TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE HE JUST LOOKED AT ME WHEN I FINISHED LOADING AND SAID THANK YOU FOR HOLDING THE DOOR HIS RESPONSE WAS YEAH.

Hi the dds on imperial and Crenshaw doesn’t enforce Customers to wear a mask for spreading the coronavirus the manager didn’t say nothing or the sales people we should be reported to the CDC Also no one is making sure people are going to social distancing this is not right
