I am a customer of DCH Mission Valley. I like the store, I like the service dept. However, you have the very WORST telephone system. Except with relation to sales . Often I go elsewhere for parts and service because of that. You could do much better if you had a telephone system that worked properly, and if you made employees available live on the phone. I have been there to buy parts, when the phone said all lines were busy and to leave a message. The phones were not ringing. There was a cashier, a receptionist and a parts man. None was working, there was no customers there. I called from there and observed. Seriously, I think if I owned this dealership I would scrap this phone system so as not to miss any calls. It’s not personable and you are losing business. What did I do ? I went elsewhere for service. And I shopped for parts at one of your competitors as they still answer their phones with live people in real time. I don’t want to hear from any of your managers. You have nice facilities, but why don’t you put a little thought into how you can handle incoming potential business properly ?
