I’m trying to find out if David Weekly homes is building a new subdivision in Tampa Florida on Lake Magdalene Blvd. Could someone help me? Thank you

We’ve been in our house (Indianapolis/Westfield IN) for almost 11 months. At move-in, several items were pending to be fixed. Most items took multiple requests to be fixed. Most have now been addressed, but some big items have never been addressed and keep getting ignored, even after several attempts. If you have access to my “warranty requests” you will see many of the same items being requested to be fixed. The biggest issue is the front porch concrete and sidewalk/steps. There are red stains and peeling/discoloration. Super frustrating! If you can help get this resolved, it would be appreciated.
