Curacao was incorporated by Jerry Azarkman in 1978. It started as a consumer-product door-to-door sales company, in Burbank, California. In the beginning, this company gave freedom to customers to purchase their goods through a down payment and later the company’s salesmen would take the rest of the money from the customer’s residence on a regular basis. This company has its headquarters in Los Angeles with retail locations in California, Arizona and Nevada.
Formerly called La Curacao, Curacao is a large-format retail store chain. Adir International, LLC, operates a chain of retail stores that distributes jewelry, home furnishings, home and major appliances, car audio-video and GPS, entertainment products, console and video games, computers, digital cameras, gifts, furniture, camcorders, and electronics in California and Arizona. Along with all these services, it also offers services such as CuraTel, Curacao Money Transfer, Pasito, and Curacao Travel. This company is known to distribute mostly on credit to over two million private label cardholders.

Been trying to get my t.v repaired for almost a year maybe even a year have talked to numerous people who said they would get back to me and the NEVER do, hard to even talk to someone on the phone because they hang up as soon as I tell them the issue. This is getting ridiculous!! I DO NOT recommend anyone shop at this store. What is it going to take to get my 70in t.v fixed!!
I went in to Curacao on Oct 3 around 4:18pm (to 6:38pm) to purchase a couple things. During my visit the staff wasn’t very helpful, I asked questions if they knew if they had other things available in stock and every answer was “I don’t know” or “I’m not sure”. I feel like if you’re in an establishment of selling product you should have the eagerness to promote other alternatives but staff wasn’t very knowledgeable. Aside from that I had lost my wallet. It was a Monday, not much people in store, in fact more workers than customers. Managers said they would call back and never did. I asked if they could review cameras, I told them where we were mostly located in the store which was the living room area and washing machine area since we went to buy a couch and a washer. Nobody was helpful, or seemed to care. My wife is a manager at a store herself and she would’ve gladly looked over cameras for her customers to keep a good note and your store was very disappointing. I have spent lots of money on Curacao but after this experience, never again this store is very untrusting.
Lol 100%. Like how it is in the store is how it is over the phone through customer service . The lever of them not caring is unbelievable. No understanding, no I’m sorrys. It’s straight , take it or leave it
The worse experience even without getting the correct items.!!!! So upset they reported it to my credit bureau for 120days for items I didn’t received because they send the items I didn’t order .
I’ve tried to contact the Corporate Office re: my PS4 which I have been given the run around it’s been more than a year that it has not worked. I do get laughed at by employees there in Huntington. My bill is always paid on time if not earlier. I have purchased a few items there at this Curacao. Plz I would like to resolve this matter and get my grandsons PS4 fixed plz call me 323- 381-6152

4/06/21 I have a 3 yr warranty I need it fixed and they say take it to the store I did twice the rest are “we will call you “and never do putting me off please do something. I bought this in the Curacao in Huntington pk plz look into this matter.
