    This place is a joke. There app telling you what you should receive for your donation is complete garage. No one can ever explain in a logical way where the rest of your money is. They try to say it’s the month and the fact that if you don’t donate twice a week you will always get 45$ which is a waste to our time, especially when we’re donating plasma that you turn around and make astronomical profits from. Fuck your greedy company. All be damned if I let you guys make that much off me again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. Couple of the staff think there above you and how they talk to you affirms that. Hope your company board members get what they got coming to them. Karma is a mothafucka and the fact that you make so much money off 1 bottle but can’t even pay us properly is the biggest slap in the face to us. So fuck your company.

    Hello my name is Wade pifer and I have been donating for you over 3 years and I have never had any kind of issues in any way shape or anything until I came to the New donation CSL plasma center on Fowler and I have been deferred from all the CSL plasma centers because I was a little bit of disappointed and aggravated that they were keeping me on the machine when I was done and they kept me on their for 30 minutes while they cleaned up other bed’s and machine’s and I know that I am a priority and I should be getting off the machine before he kept cleaning and setting up other machines and I thought it was totally unprofessional and rude and they kept on and they had another lady that took me off finally. I’m trying to get this taken care of so I can go donate today. I have called them as well and the manager didn’t really want to hear me and she said that she was going to keep it there. Her name is Katlin and I was avoided from the 2 black people who I don’t know there names. Please 🙏 I need to get this taken care of today please. Thanks for letting me talk and I am sure that I am missing something but I am so shocked of this behavior and lies on me.

    Hi my name is jim i have been donating in Wichita ks at your 4836 s. Broadway servral of your management staff members are very rude and unprofessional including the vital taking employees like dawn was very rude when I tried to tell her that they have to use a bigger blood pressure cuff because it was to tight and to small my arm went num instantly it’s like she didn’t want to here what I had to say plus it used to take me forty five minutes to donate but in the last two months it’s really gotta bad they are cleaning the machine while they have donors laying on the bed waiting to be stuck at this center I will not ever back there again but i think displanary action needs to be taken and those involved terminated that’s bad public relations.

    The staff there are very rude. They will carry on conversations between one another and leave the donors with the needle in the arm for 8 minutes once the donation process is finished because they are to busy conversating
    Also newbie tech Diamond, she needs to be retrained, thinking she can keep jabbing me with the needle because I was no flowing. After asking for a specific tech to fix the needle, she has a attitude, which I did state I was going to call corporate,she then purposely was talking with another Technician who was not wearing her name tag, mocking what I had stated about calling corporate office, the other technician with fake braids up to her waist and fake eye lashes looking like Snuffalufagus,continued to laugh and say let her she isn’t the first.
    This staff is very disrespectful and rude. I have complained about other issues to Dora the manager but nothing is really resolved. CSL needs to implement something into these rude technicians.

    Me and my fiance had gone to a CSL plasma center in our town and they turned him away after the second day because of a tattoo and it wasn’t brand new it was an old tattoo they told him he can’t do ate because of the tattoo that is racist and they have violated his constitutional rights who do I call cause I’ve already contacted our lawyer

    sonya at your tempe location is absolutely not who you want representing your company. i was in line at your tempe (broadway location) and a woman skipped in line, so the gentleman in front of me and i asked her not to skip. she said well i dont know. i stated its right where your standing inches from you on the sign. she begins to threaten me verbally like she wants to fight. so i wave the ONLOOKING ALLIED SECURITY GUARD. to intervene. all i did was chuckle at the womans comments. the security guard heard it all!!! and told me ill kick both you out, they call the other lady back. so when i go to get finger pricked i ask for the manager. i explained what happened and ALL I ASKED WAS WHEN IM DONE I WANT THAT SECURITY GUARDS NAME. I DONATE, and ask to see the manager again after asking the guard her name so i could contact her company. she wouldnt give me her name. so SONYA FINALLY COMES OUT AFTER 5 minutes of waiting WITH THE GAURD!!!! and proceeds to tell me the guards name was “mary” i leave as im walking out i say “bye mary” and the guard says THATS NOT EVEN MY NAME. so i stop, as i turn sonya is coming and says im “TAUNTING” the guard!!!! incredible! she walks outside and talks to me like im one of the drug heads i was in line with. i tell her ive done NOTHING WRONG. and that she lied about her name!!!! she THEN TELLS ME IM BANNED! WHAT??????? thats incredible! SHE OWES ME AN APOLOGY. she shouldnt be employed doing people like that!!! im sure as busy as this location is youll gloss over my comment here. and shell continue to do whatever she likes! the woman wanting to fight me. calling me a white bitch really perturbed me, because the GUARD HEARD ALL OF IT! ill wait to leave all the site reviews i can.     My name is Carman Hall I use to go to CSL Plasma on Gratiot in Roseville years ago when I went there September 2016 I was deferred and I thought he did it because of the medication I was taking that was prescribed by my doctor for pain I went back on October 7 2022 and found out I was deferred for good that man put in my record I was selling my body for money and Crack cocaine in 1999 and in 2011 yes I went in to treatment in 1999 and I did backside in 2011 but I never told that man I was sell I no my body because I never did I had to much money and was sick so if this don’t get straightened out of going to sue his ass for defamation of character.     Yes I I’m making a comment because I went to the plasma in Cleveland Ohio and I was denied because back in 1979 between that that time frame they say they’re we will not be able to give plasma cuz the soldiers there might have receipt some bad cow disease I understand they put me on the system and I can’t donate but now I seen an article back in 1920 in 2020 that lifted the van for the people that were stationed in Germany between at 78 and 79 and 80 1980 and I was wondering why can’t I donate plasma when the band was already lifted from those individual and that time frame thank you very much for your time

    The downtown Tulsa location is an absolute disaster. 5-6 hour wait times. Only two people sticking and maybe 2 people doing vitals, and this is with 60 people waiting.
